1.Catalyst Synthesis and Development: Responsible for the preparation and development of fuel cell electrocatalysts, including the R&D for the large-scale synthesis of nano-catalysts and noble metal-based alloy nano-catalysts.

2.Material Characterization & Electrochemical Testing: Conduct characterization and electrochemical performance testing of electrocatalysts, utilizing analytical instruments such as TEM, BET, XRD, and SEM.

3.Data Analysis & Documentation: Organize and analyze experimental data; draft comprehensive technical reports and patent applications.

4.Laboratory Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of the testing laboratory, ensuring the optimal operation of all equipment.

5.Project Execution: Participate in or lead small-scale pilot, mid-scale trial, and industrial scaling processes, ensuring research activities are carried out efficiently and systematically.

6.Technical Support: Engage in external technical exchanges, provide solutions for technical challenges encountered by clients, and offer technical support for new product development.

1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; degrees in Electrochemistry, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields are preferred.

2.Experience: Proven experience in material synthesis and characterization; experience in PEM fuel cell electrocatalysis is a strong plus.

3.Technical Skills: Proficient in operating analytical instruments such as TEM, BET, XRD, SEM, and electrochemical workstations; solid professional knowledge of fuel cell technology.

4.Software Proficiency: Familiar with professional software such as CAD, Origin, Jade (Jada), and CHI (Electrochemical Workstation software).

5.Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a high sense of professional responsibility.
